Can an RN perform cosmetic injections independently in Utah?
Not without formal medical oversight. Under Utah Code 58-1-506, cosmetic injections are cosmetic medical procedures requiring a supervising medical director, written protocols, and a Good Faith Exam. The network provides all three.
Does the network provide malpractice insurance?
No. The network provides medical direction and compliance structure, but you carry your own malpractice coverage. We're transparent about this up front.
Do I need my own space and business license?
Yes. You operate an independent practice — you secure your own treatment space and handle your own business registration, local licensing, and taxes. The network handles medical direction, protocols, and group purchasing.
Who is the medical director?
Angie Peterson, NP, serves as the network's medical director with an unrestricted Utah license, and provides a clear escalation pathway for complex cases or suspected adverse reactions.
What training do I need before joining?
You should have your Utah RN license and completed (or scheduled) foundational injection training. During intake we verify your license and confirm your training before onboarding.
What does membership cost?
